We started this guide in October 2007, just after we first opened, but never got round to finishing it for one reason or another.  A few weeks ago, We started working on it again with the intention of it being a quick walk through, but it has turned into a huge article with over seventy images.  We've tried to keep it as simple as possible with beginners in mind, but at the same time, tried to keep it interesting and informative for slightly more seasoned water coolers.  Have we succeeded?
