Mushkin Enhanced, founded in 1994, are located at the base of the Rocky Mountains in Denver, Colorado. They are probably best known for their wide range of memory modules, which include their highly regarded performance Ridgeback and Redline DDR3 modules through to, dare I even mention the word, a full range of Apple compatible memory products. Mushkin Enhanced don’t just make memory and also offer the Mulholland Flash Drive, Callisto and Io Solid State Drives and a small range of power supplies that, according to their website, provide clean and reliable power.The Mushkin Enhanced power supply range although limited consists of the 500W and 600W Volta and the 1000W and 1200W Joule which between them offer a spread of output powers and features to suit most applications. I have already reviewed the 600W Volta power supply here on OCC and it performed very well, so this time around it’s the turn of the 1000W Joule. Let’s have a closer look and see how well it performs.
