Being a general fan enthusiast myself, the name DeepCool isn't terribly unfamiliar. Though they are rather new to the consumer market of PC Components. The last time I saw Deep Cool, it was from a trade show sample of their Xfan Series of chassis fans. It had fairly solid construction and wasn't terribly noisy. Though I never got to throw it on my bench and test it; I was generally pleased with what I saw, as it seemed like a solid entry level product for those that wanted a silent, or at least generally low noise computer chassis. Today I get to look at the UF120, which features T.P.E. Material as it's main marketing point for anti-vibration. T.P.E. Material is a Thermoplastic that we'll talk about later.
