Alienware should be a brand that a large chunk of consumers are aware of, whether it is from knowledge of the enthusiast market or even through TV placement in shows such as 24, Smallville and The Big Bang Theory. There is also a strong possibility that a large amount of consumers have become aware of the brand since Dell took on Alienware a few years ago, something which resulted in a leap in quality of the systems produced.
